Terms of sale and use

Purpose

SkillManager distributes agents, skills, and rules for coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI) and installs them into your projects with a CLI. These terms apply to any use of the website, the CLI, and the paid plans.

Account

An account is required to install agents. You are responsible for your credentials and for the devices you connect. Tell us about any unauthorized access.

Plans

• Free: no charge, one connected device and part of the catalog.
• Pro: an individual subscription with the full catalog and unlimited devices.
• Packs: a monthly subscription to one agent pack.
• Team: a subscription for a team, billed per seat. One seat is one member, with a minimum of 3 seats billed. The number of seats adjusts automatically when a member joins or leaves, prorated for the current period.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Pricing page and confirmed before payment. Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled.

If a payment fails, access to paid content is suspended until it is settled.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; the current period is not refunded unless the law requires it.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. When subscribing, you ask for the subscription to start immediately and expressly waive this right; the waiver is recorded with your subscription. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

License

Catalog agents are licensed for your own use, or your team's use on the Team plan, for as long as you have access. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them. Installed files are marked to identify the source account in case of a leak.

Teams

The admin who starts the Team plan accepts it on behalf of their organization. Admins manage members, seats, the team stack, and members' devices. Private agents remain the property of the team that writes them; we host them only to provide them to that team.

Acceptable use

You agree not to work around the service's limits, bulk-extract the catalog, or use SkillManager for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee it without interruption. Agents are instructions for your tools: you remain responsible for the code and actions they produce in your projects. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. For a significant change, we notify you before it takes effect; you can then cancel if you disagree.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, write to us first at contact@skill-manager.fr. If you are a consumer, you can also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
